If you agree with the plan and the quotation, we will create a concept (the Preliminary Design). This consists of sketches that show you what the possibilities are for your new design. Where necessary, this is supported by 3D drawings. Lighting and customization strongly determine the atmosphere and are therefore already included in this phase.
With the concept in hand, you can make a well-considered choice for your interior. We will work out your choice and if you completely agree, the concept will become the Final Design. A budget can now also be made for the implementation of this design
As soon as the budget has been approved, we make the working drawings and work descriptions. We can make the selection of suppliers and professionals together with you. We do this on the basis of quality, specialism and craftsmanship. We will request quotes from them for you.
The final phase is the realization of the project. We can coordinate the work for you. We ensure that those involved work well together so that your wishes are realized according to plan.
